Employment - without leaving home

Employment - without leaving home

Every year, more than 2 million Kazakhstan people are employed in the labor market for the first time or change their jobs. To simplify the employment process, the Electronic Labor Exchange (www.enbek.kz) was launched this year.

Today, the resource brings together 61,000 employers and 230,000 job seekers across the country, and 126,000 people have already found work.

All information on the Electronic Labor Exchange is available free of charge, around the clock, regardless of the location of users.

The database is formed at the expense of data centers of employment of the population, information that employers place independently, as well as through private employment agencies, mass media, and online job sites.

In total, 45 private employment agencies, 4 media, and 6 job search sites are connected to the exchange's resource.

For the convenience of users, ELE has its official pages on the social networks Facebook, VK, OK, Twitter, Instagram and the Telegram channel, where daily job openings and the latest news in the labor market are published.

"In those settlements where there is no Internet, or in the absence of a computer or a smartphone, unemployed citizens can get all the necessary information through rural akims or the State Corporation" Government for Citizens "- said the President of CDHR" Center for the Development of Human Resources "D.R. Argandykov

With the help of the portal, the status of your resume, responses from employers of interest can be tracked remotely, independently conduct a job search, without waiting for proposals from the employment center.

In addition, specialists of employment centers conduct diagnostics of the professional level and quality of skills, develop an individual employment plan for each citizen applied. Here you can get all the necessary information on micro-crediting, get subsidies from the state for workplaces, enroll in short-term courses in demanded specialties, go through youth practice.

In the first half of 2018, 29.7 thousand people were sent for short-term training, 13.8 thousand for youth practice, 17.2 thousand for social workplaces, 54 thousand for public works.

To further expand employment opportunities in employment centers, approaches have been changed in cooperation with employers - a simplified procedure for registering vacancies without mandatory personal visits to employment centers has been introduced. Now you can simply fill out the registration form on the portal and confirm the information about the enterprise with an electronic digital signature.

"Employers need only send to the employment centers information about the required personnel with the level of their qualifications, salary size, and other parameters. It is possible to do this through a personal office on the Electronic Labor Exchange ", - D.R. Argandykov.

This innovation is especially convenient for small and medium-sized businesses, which do not have the capacity to create professional human resources services.

In addition, applicants will be able to apply for free to private employment agencies, which are outsourced in terms of employment services. Until the end of this year, with the assistance of private employment agencies, it is planned to provide jobs for about 15 thousand people.
