At the same time, along with the active implementation of the fourth industrial revolution, the new global trends do not adversely affect the labor market and equality of citizens of Kazakhstan.

"New trends will lead to an increase in the number of jobs of medium complexity, the source of which is a complication of those jobs where low-skilled labor is used today. At the same time Kazakhstan the task of raising the productivity of labor is inextricably linked with the development of the education system and the development of quality human capital "- said M.Abylkasymova.

Thus, digitalization will not only improve the technology and the complexity of the economy and the growth of labor productivity as well as growth of incomes of the population and reduce inequality.
