Special commission will go to Atyrau

A specially created commission will be sent to the Atyrau region. In order to clarify the circumstances of the emergency situation that occurred at the construction site of a gas turbine power plant in the village of Karabatan, Atyrau region, in accordance with Article 188 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a Government Commission will be established.

The special group will be headed by the vice minister of labor and social protection of the population of Kazakhstan Nurzhan Altayev. The commission will also include representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health and the Akimat of Atyrau region, as well as the employer and members of trade unions. The commission will study the relationship between what happened and the activities of the enterprise.

Based on the results of the investigation, the commission will determine the circumstances and causes of the accident, determine the connection of the accident with the employer's production activities.
