During the trip, she got acquainted with a number of social facilities in the region. The Minister informed about the implementation of targeted social assistance to the new format in the North-Kazakhstan region.
Recall, targeted social assistance to the new format is implemented from January 1 this year on behalf of the Head of State and combines three social benefits for low-income families.
In 2017 the pilot "leading and" project mode, attended by more than 179 thousand Kazakhstanis. A large-scale work on the development of the legislative framework, the automation of processes of reception and processing of documents on the principle of one-stop shop on the basis of the Employment Centers.
According to preliminary data, the new format of the TSA will cover about 350 thousand families across the country.
In the area of the project was attended by over 1,800 people, or about 400 families.
"The region with the beginning of the year showing good initial results. The new targeted social assistance is assigned 836 families, including 554 families entered into a social contract to participate in active measures to promote employment, "- noted the Minister.
Labor Minister Madina Abylkasymova recommended to intensify work in this direction in a number of areas of the region, noting that the reform affects the most vulnerable of our citizens, where the effective and well-coordinated organization of work depends on the quality of life of low-income families and social stability of our society.
Madina Abylkasymova also visited Petropavlovsk Children's Center of social services, where the head of department got acquainted with the conditions of stay of children with disabilities and the quality of provision of social services in terms polustatsionara.
The Center was established over 40 years ago. It teaches children the program of correctional and developmental education of children with mental retardation. In the center on full state support provides children - invalids in age from 3 to 18 years with psychoneurological pathologies.
The main tasks of medical and social institutions are the creation of favorable conditions of life of children, provision of social services in accordance with state standards of social services, rehabilitation measures, as well as the organization of correctional and developmental education, providing for instilling pupils self-service skills, develop in children's speech, motor skills, cognitive activity, job skills, literacy, numeracy.
In addition, during the visit of the Minister of the region took part in the reporting meeting of akim of North Kazakhstan Kumar Aksakalova with the population.
