Realization of the Program of productive employment and mass business provides creation of conditions for opening own business through granting of credits and training to bases of business.
In 2017, the Bastau-Business project covered 15,000 people. All of them have completed their studies. Of these, about 3.3 thousand people received microcredits.
To date, the geography of microcrediting has been expanded, where along with the villagers, the townspeople can get loans. The maximum loan amount has been increased to 18 million tenge. Terms are defined up to 5 years, and in cases of livestock breeding or the creation of agricultural cooperatives up to 7 years.
In general, in 2017, about 7,000 microcredits were issued, where 57% or more than 4,000 people started their own business (start-up projects).
