Persons released from places of deprivation of liberty are covered by active measures to promote employment in the Aktyubinsk region

Since the beginning of the year, 334 people released from places of detention have appealed to the employment agencies, 217 of whom are currently employed. The remaining ones are aimed at short-term courses, as well as being taught the basics of entrepreneurship. There are also those who received a loan for the development of livestock.

This year, the Employment Center of the city of Aktobe held 5 meetings in three correctional institutions with convicts, during which the specialists of the Employment Center inform convicts about the procedure for applying to the social protection agencies for assistance in employment, and about the possibility of training.

Let us recall that in order to implement the 33 steps of the Nation-100 Plan, concrete steps to implement the five institutional reforms "Building an effective system of social rehabilitation of citizens released from prisons and being registered with the probation service", for the first time in Kazakhstan a pilot project " House of probation. "

As a result, the daily reception allowed us to cover the social and legal assistance of all the faculty of the regional center. Similar work was carried out in parallel in the Aktobe region.

In the near future, the implementation of the second stage of the project will begin, where the entire membership of the House of Probation will be sent to the penitentiaries of the region.
