People of Zhanaozen had made proposals to representatives of the Ministry of labor and social protection of the population

The third work day of employees of the Ministry of labor in the framework of the Days of the Ministry of labor and social protection of the population in Mangystau region was devoted to meetings with the population of the city of Zhanaozen.

Department heads met with the public in the mayor's office, where he explained the main reforms in the sphere of pension and social security, opportunities Program productive employment and mass entrepreneurship.

During the meeting residents raised the issue of continued employment after reaching retirement age, and proposals were made on the detail of this issue in labor law. Also active genasense suggestions were made for changes to the Program of productive employment in the provision of opportunities for the governorates within the capabilities of the local budget – for example, to extend the youth practice from 6 months to 1 year, to increase the share of co-financing of remuneration from the state for social work (SW) from 35% to 50%, and duration of social working places for disabled persons extend to 3 years.

After the meeting was held a personal reception of citizens.

So, in the course of personal reception by one of the businessmen called on behalf of the group of urban entrepreneurs who wished to move and to start their own business in the regions of settlement. He was given a detailed explanation, and he immediately was included in the delegation from Mangystau region of Kazakhstan, which plans to travel to Northern regions of the country in August-September of this year.

Further, employees of the Ministry of labor visited the city branch of the State institution "Government for citizens" and the Center of employment of the population.

In the Centre a meeting was held with consultants and project assistants "Orleu", which discussed the involvement of poor people in the project, as well as ensure the timely and full payment of mandatory pension contributions for working-age participants of the project.

For seven months of current year participants of the project "Orleu" in the city was 61 family comprising of 324. During this period, the Programme employed 1202. Experts of the labor MLSPP called for 2 families participating in the project "Orleu" and the Program participant, who organized camel farm due to the microcredit Programme.
