In South Kazakhstan region for the first time are the Days of the Ministry of labor and social protection of population of RK

At the initiative of the Minister of labor and social protection, Tamara Duissenova, in the regions of Kazakhstan will hold the Days of the Ministry of labor and social protection of population of RK.

From July 26 to August 2, the Ministry will work in South Kazakhstan region.

According to Tamara Duissenova: "the Main purpose of the field work is direct contact with citizens on the ground, working in remote rural areas and districts. In most cases, our compatriots are not sufficiently aware of the importance of participation of citizens in public reforms and private rights to state assistance. In turn, the Directors of departments, it is useful to understand which issues are of priority for recipients of social services. Kazakhstan is changing the approach to the provision of targeted social assistance, completed the transition to a three-stage pension system is already running the new labor code and we are preparing a new concept of development of system of social services - these things affect the lives of every citizen.

For example, the basis of modern socio-labor relations is the promotion of productive employment and the prevention of dependency. Now employment and social support are integrated. The state, in turn, offers many opportunities for the realization of their own potentials. The government offers training in demand on the labor market, helps to organize a small business those who are living below the poverty line, in order to help people out of this state. The best starting conditions from those who are willing to take responsibility for their own destiny and the future of their children.”

The working group on the first day will visit Kazygurt district where it is planned the holding of explanatory meetings with the population on issues such as modernization of social assistance, including participation in the program “Orleu”, the reform of the pension system, compliance by employers of workers ' rights, etc.
