Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the people of the RK informs about the results of the "Orleu" program for 5 months of the current year

As of June 1, 2017, 88,100 people became participants in the "Orleu" project, which is higher than the figure of the previous month by 26.9 thousand people.

The project "Orleu" is actively supported by Kazakhstanis, since it is highly effective.

For example, the most active work on attraction to employment measures following the results of 2016 is noted in Almaty - 96.6%, in South Kazakhstan - 95.2%, in Zhambyl - 92.4%, in Kyzylorda oblast - 91.8% and in Astana - 91.5%.

In total in 2016 almost 40 thousand people took part in the project "Orleu". As a result, 90.5% of the able-bodied project participants were employed, and the average per capita income of project participants increased more than 2 times.

We remind you that since 2014 the project "Orleu" was launched in Kazakhstan. As a pilot in 2014, first in three regions of Kazakhstan - Akmola, East Kazakhstan and Zhambyl regions, then for two years - throughout Kazakhstan. The project provides for the provision of financial assistance for persons who have entered into a social contract. Within the framework of the social contract, an individual plan is developed for each family to exit from a difficult life situation. The "Orleu" program became the basis for preparing the population for changing approaches to the provision of social assistance.

According to forecasts, in 2017 the participation in the project "Orleu" will take about 150 thousand people.
