More than 25 thousand inhabitants in Atyrau region covered by measures facilitating employment of the population in 2016

In 2016, the Atyrau region in the framework of the Regional comprehensive plan to promote employment of measures of state support covers 25 thousand 506 people from among the unemployed (24.5 thousand) and unproductive employees (1 thousand people), which is 100% of the total number of unemployed and non-employed citizens in the region.

Of them are employed:

- for projects within the public and governmental programs, programs of development of regions – 2 thousand 47 people;

- social workplaces sent 430;

- youth practice – 896;

- public works – 5 thousand 478 people;

- professional training – 1 547 thousand people, of which 216 is aimed at teaching the basics of entrepreneurship;

- employed without application of measures of state support 8 thousand 757 people;

- self-employed 5 thousand 972 people.

In addition, 379 persons received microcredit to open or expand their business.
