In the employment centers of the largest cities of Kazakhstan introduced electronic queue

To improve the service provided services in the employment centres (hereinafter – CEP) Almaty, Astana and Shymkent introduced electronic queue.

Before the end of this year, the e-queue will be introduced in the employment center (CEP) in all regional centers of the Republic.

In addition, 172 public service centers (hereinafter – PSC) 206 already organized workplaces for the staff of employment centers. That is now the citizens who are looking for work, can seek assistance and PSC. Soon employees tszn will appear in the remaining 98 PSC.

We will remind, the Ministry of labor and social protection of population of the RK (hereinafter - the MLSP RK) in cooperation with local authorities conducts parafarmatseya employment centers. The employment center CEP will be introduced new standards for the provision of services aimed at improving the capacity of citizens according to their individual opportunities on the labor market. Employment centers will be converted from public institutions in the state municipal enterprise on the right of economic management. This should allow, as in the private sector to pay employees CEP  by the final result.

Also envisaged to be equipped with new computers, the establishment of software systems that provide access to employees of the employment centers for all information system of MLSP RK, and reference databases.
