T. Duissenova: Corruption in social and labor issues unacceptable

Today the MLSP RK of labor and social protection of population of Kazakhstan Tamara Duissenova has held a sectoral meeting with the participants of the enlarged session of the Collegium of the MLSP RK on the theme "Socio-labor sphere: the results of the 2016 and the main tasks of the Ministry in the light of the implementation of the President's address to people of Kazakhstan "the Third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness", where he gave strict instructions to the fight against corruption.

The event was attended by the Executive Secretary of the MLSP RK of Aida Kurmangaliyeva, Vice-Ministers Birzhan Nurymbetov and Svetlana Zhakupova, Chairman of the Committee of labor, social protection and migration of the MLSP RK (further - CLSPM) Ahmadi of Sarbasov and his deputies, Directors of the structural departments of the MLSP RK, the head of the territorial CLSPM departments and offices of labor inspection, the President of JSC "State social insurance Fund" Saule dyusenov and branch Directors of the Fund.

The meeting was addressed by Director of the Department for anticorruption policy of the Agency for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption Salauat Maximov, who informed the meeting participants about the measures to combat corruption taken in Kazakhstan and showed a video about corruption offenses identified in the socio-labor sphere in 2016.

In turn, the head of the MLSP RK stressed that many offences connected with the determination of the degree of disability and appointment of disability citizens.

"People do not share the Central state organs and local Executive bodies. It is important that all procedures were carried out in the framework of the law. Corruption in the social and labor sphere are not allowed! This applies to all of us, regardless of the positions that we take, all must comply with current legislation," - said Tamara Duisenova, adding that for corruption offences committed by employees on social and labor sphere, to be strong demand from their leaders.

During the meeting the Minister also gave a number of instructions on execution of the tasks set before it at the enlarged session of the Collegium of the MLSP RK.
