To support children from low-income families, targeted social assistance is assigned.

Targeted social assistance (hereinafter referred to as TSA) is a payment in cash provided by the state to individuals (families) whose monthly average per capita income does not exceed 70% of the regional subsistence minimum.

Per capita income is the share of the total family income attributable to each family member per month.
