Changing the cause of the disability

     The ITU department changes the cause of the disability in the direction of the healthcare organization f / 031u on the basis of the Accident Act or / and the conclusion of the authorized body on the cause - and - effect relationship. The cause of disability is stated in strict accordance with the above formulation of the authorized body that established its causal relationship.

  The date of the change in the cause of disability is the date of submission to the ITU department of documents confirming the cause and effect relationship.
