The procedure for assigning pension payments to persons who have arrived for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the rules for the provision of state basic pension payments at the expense of budgetary funds, as well as the appointment and implementation of age pension payments, state social benefits for disability, loss of breadwinner, state special benefits, approved by the Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/14/2015. No. 223 persons who have arrived for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan or recipients who have arrived from other regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submit an application to request a pension case/case of the recipient of benefits, unless otherwise provided by laws and international treaties.

The branch of the State Corporation carries out a request for the pension case/case of the recipient of the benefit at the applicant's former place of residence.

Persons who have arrived for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan from the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States, submit an application and documents after receipt of the pension file.

Persons who have arrived for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan, who were previously assigned age pension payments in the Republic of Kazakhstan, have the right to choose to resume payment of age pension payments previously assigned in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount established at the time of departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan or to undergo a new appointment procedure in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
