Terms of the administrative procedure initiated based on the appeal

       The terms of the administrative procedure initiated based on the appeal shall be fifteen working days from the date of receipt of the appeal unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

       The terms of the administrative procedure initiated based on the appeal shall be calculated from the moment of its initiation.

      The terms of an administrative procedure initiated on the basis of an appeal may be extended by a reasoned decision of the head of the administrative body or his deputy for a reasonable period, but no more than two months in view of the need to establish factual circumstances that are important for the correct consideration of the administrative case, what the participant of the administrative procedure is notified of, within three working days from the date of the extension.

       For unjustified extension of the terms of the administrative procedure, the person authorized to make a decision shall bear disciplinary and other liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
