Inadmissibility of recurring participation of a judge in consideration and settlement of case.

A judge participated in consideration and settlement of a civil case in first instance court may not participate in consideration of this case again in first instance court as well as in courts of appeal, cassation as well as may not participate in new consideration of the case in case of waiver of decision taken with his/her participation.

      A judge participated in consideration of a case in court of appeal may not participate in consideration of this case in first instance court, in court of cassation as well as may not participate in new consideration of the case in court of appeal in case of waiver of court ruling adopted with his/her participation.

      A judge participated in consideration of a case in court of cassation may not participate in consideration of the same case in first instance court, court of appeal as well as may not participate in new consideration of the case in court of cassation in case of waiver of court ruling adopted with his/her participation.
