About the special state allowance

The right to a special state allowance is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On a special State allowance in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Rules for the appointment and payment of a special state allowance.

A branch of a State corporation, on the basis of a decision to terminate the payment of an authorized body for the purpose of benefits, terminates the payment of benefits from the first day of the month following the month of receipt of information in case of loss of grounds for its appointment or death of the recipient.

The grounds for termination of the benefit payment to the caregiver are:

- application of a disabled person of the first group or a caregiver;

- death of a disabled person of the first group or a caregiver;

- departure of a disabled person of the first group or a caregiver to a permanent place of residence in another locality or outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- change in the disability group of a disabled person.

The allowance to the caregiver is not assigned in the case of:

- his minors;

- recognition of his incapacity or limited capacity by a court decision that has entered into legal force;

- registering him with an organization that provides medical care in the field of mental health;

- finding a disabled person of the first group on full state support.
