       1) according to the List of irreversible anatomical defects;

       2) in case of persistent, irreversible changes and dysfunctions of the body, ineffectiveness of the rehabilitation measures carried out in full, stability of the degree of UPT and dynamic observation of a person with a degree of UPT from 90 to 100 percent inclusively for at least four years, from 60 to 89 percent inclusively not less  five years, with a degree of STA from 30 to 59 percent inclusive, from 5 to 29 percent inclusive, not less than six years;

       3) in case of an unfavorable rehabilitation prognosis for persons of retirement age.
