Facilitating the process of passing the examination / re-examination of children with disabilities.

        In order to simplify the conduct of the MSE, in 2019 the Ministry made changes to the Rules for conducting the MSE in terms of changing the business process for providing services, taking into account the requirements of digitalization of the social and labor sphere and the possibility of integrating information systems of state bodies:

- documents on paper are not required (if this information is available in the information system), since the request for documents is carried out automatically through the e-government gateway;

- the list of documents submitted to the MSE has been reduced (3 documents are mandatory - an identity document (for personal identification), an opinion on the MSE form №. 031 / y from a medical organization and a patient's medical record to analyze the dynamics of the disease);

- based on the results of the MSE, documents can be obtained in electronic format in the "personal account" of the "electronic government" web portal at the request of the person being examined, if there is an EDS or using a one-time password.
