Delivery of court decision

The judicial act, by which the court resolves the dispute on the merits, shall be rendered in the form of a decision. The decision may be made in brief form.

         The decision shall be made after the examination of the administrative case and shall be made no later than ten working days from the date of the end of the oral proceedings. In exceptional cases, taking into account the complexity of the administrative case, the court decision shall be made no later than one month from the date of the end of the oral proceedings.

         The date of the decision shall be:

         for oral proceedings - the day of the announcement of the decision in the administrative case;   

for written proceedings - the date specified in the court decision.
