On June 3, 2021, a single thematic reception of citizens was held in the public reception of the North Kazakhstan region of the Nur Otan branch.

 The event was attended by the head of the Department of Pension and Social Security No. 1 of the Department of the Committee of Labor, Social Protection and Migration of the North Kazakhstan Region Khamzina K.
