Conducting explanatory work

On July 1, 2021, a new version of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan will enter into force, aimed at regulating public-legal relations arising between a state body and a person in respect of whom the functions of a state body established by law are implemented.

On May 12 of this year, the deputy head of the Department for medical and Social expertise Alpysova S. T. and the chief specialist-legal adviser Kusainova S. T. conducted explanatory work on the information system "E-appeal".
