Explanation of amendments and additions to the Law "On Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

On April 23, 2021, among the civil servants of the Department of the Committee of Labor, Social Protection and Migration in the North Kazakhstan region, explanatory work was carried out on the application of paragraph 4 of Article 43 of the Law "On Civil Service in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in connection with the amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state service and anti-corruption", the responsibility of managers for improper performance of their powers to prevent corruption offenses committed by their subordinates was introduced.
