About the state basic pension payment

The state basic pension payment (hereinafter referred to as the basic pension) is a monthly monetary payment provided upon reaching the retirement age established By the law on pension provision.

The state basic pension payment is subject to availability and at least ten years of participation in the pension system or its absence in the amount of 54 percent of the subsistence minimum established for the corresponding financial year the law on the Republican budget, increasing its size for each full year of service participate in the pension system over ten years at 2 percent, but not more than 100 percent of the subsistence minimum established for the corresponding financial year the law on the Republican budget.

The length of service in the pension system when granting the state basic pension payment includes:

1) the length of service worked out for the period up to January 1, 1998, calculated in accordance with article 13 Of the law on pension provision;

2) the period for which mandatory pension contributions were made;

3) the time of care of a non-working mother or a non-working father (in the case of actual care) for young children, but not more than until each child reaches the age of 3 years within 12 years in total;

4) time spent caring for a disabled child under the age of 16;

5) periods of military service, service in special state and law enforcement agencies, state courier service;

6) time of care of the invalid of the first group, the lonely disabled and old age pensioners in need of assistance, as well as for the elderly who have reached eighty years of age;

The state basic pension payment is granted regardless of receiving pension payments based on age and (or) from the unified accumulative pension Fund, and (or) the voluntary accumulative pension Fund, as well as the state social disability benefit.

The state basic pension payment is suspended for the period of residence of the recipient who is on full state support in medical and social institutions (organizations) in a hospital, with the exception of persons who are not entitled to pension payments due to age and state social disability benefits.

In case of retirement of the recipient from medical and social institutions (organizations), the state basic pension payment is resumed in full from the first day of the month following the month of retirement.
