Chapter 1. The order of rendering the state services in times of emergency
For the period of the emergency the provision of the following public services (hereinafter – services) on the basis of the electronic application submitted via the "Electronic treatment" (hereinafter – the Service) on the web portal of "Electronic government" (further – the Portal), completed in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation provide certain public services in social and labor sphere for the period of emergency (hereinafter – the Rules), as well as through the Internet resource:
1) appointment of pension payments by age;
2) appointment of the state basic pension payment;
3) appointment of state special allowances;
4) assignment of a social payment in cases of loss of income in connection with the adoption of a newborn child (children) and loss of income in connection with the care of a child upon reaching the age of one year;
5) assignment of social benefits in cases of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth;
6) assignment of social assistance in the form of monthly payments to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan after the end of the period of capitalization of payments for compensation for damage caused to the life and health of employees by legal entities liquidated as a result of bankruptcy;
7) registration of documents for the disabled to provide them with prosthetic and orthopedic care;
8) providing people with disabilities with Surdo-typhlo-technical and obligatory hygienic means;
9) registration of documents for the disabled to provide them with the services of an individual assistant for the disabled of the first group who have difficulty in movement, and a sign language specialist for the hearing impaired;
10) provision of wheelchairs for the disabled;
11) support for the disabled in sanatorium-resort treatment
12) registration of documents for the provision of special social services in the conditions of home care;
13) registration of documents for the provision of special social services in medical and social institutions (organizations);
14) assignment or extension of oralman status;
15) appointment of state targeted social assistance;
16) appointment of a special state allowance;
17) assignment of state allowances to large families;
18) assignment of benefits for the care of a disabled person of the first group from childhood;
19) assignment of social assistance to certain categories of citizens in need by decisions of local representative bodies;
20) determination of disability and / or degree of disability and / or determination of necessary social protection measures;
21) issue or extension of a certificate to a foreigner or a stateless person on the compliance of qualifications for self-employment;
22) registration of citizens affected by nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site, payment of one-time state monetary compensation, issuance of certificates;
23) issuing a certificate to a rehabilitated person;
24) training in the basics of entrepreneurship under the project " Bastau Business»;
25) providing assistance to job seekers and the unemployed.
