Article 1. Right of citizens to the state social allowances
- Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan have the right to receive state social benefits for disability and loss of breadwinner on the grounds and in the manner provided for by this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted in furtherance thereof.
- Foreigners and persons without citizenship, permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan shall use the right to the state social allowances together with the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- To the persons, having simultaneously the right to the different state social allowances shall be assigned one allowance of their choice.
- Is excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 17.03.2015 No. 293-V (shall be enforced upon expiry of ten calendar days after its first official publication).
