In the 4th quarter of 2019, the department of the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration in the Akmola region received 249 applications, including 244 applications from individuals, 5 legal entities, and 859 requests from the Russian Federation and CIS countries.
Applications were submitted - 238, with complaints - 7, other applications - 4. The number of applications, reviewed again - 11. There were no violations of the terms of consideration of applications. In accordance with the current legislation,
the responses to the applicants were sent in the language of the application.
