Review of appeals of individuals and legal entities for the 1st quarter of 2021
The Department of the Committee of Labor, Social Protection and Migration in the Akmola region received 613 appeals for the 1st quarter of 2021, of which 610 were appeals from individuals, 3 from legal entities. There were 419 petitions, 4 complaints, and 190 other appeals. There were no violations of the terms of consideration of appeals. The answers to the applicants in accordance with the current legislation were sent in the language of the appeal.
