Training on training of divers continues in Priozersk, Karaganda region

Training on the training of divers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues on the basis of the rescue station in Priozersk, Karaganda region. On May 27, 2021, classes on practical training of divers were held. The students are divided into diving stations (groups), where the managers of diving operations and descents, working, insuring and providing divers were appointed.

As part of the first task, the trainees performed calculations of the working time of the divers, taking into account the depth of the dive and the exit to the surface according to the decompression modes. Divers have mastered the skills of working with decompression tables, which allow you to clearly plan and conduct diving descents.

During the second task, the divers worked out the skills of conducting emergency rescue operations under water using hydraulic, pneumatic and hydrodynamic tools. Each diving station has completed one task under water (Carpentry and locksmithing, including with an underwater jackhammer).

In addition, the trainees are informed about the ways to help an emergency diver with placing him in a pressure chamber and conducting therapeutic recompression. To familiarize students with the organization of medical support for diving descents, tasks were performed to calculate the modes and actions of officials of diving stations.

It should be noted that the classes were held both in the pool of the rescue station and in the water area of Lake Balkhash, with the use of wet suits, full-face masks with hydroacoustic communication systems.

When working in the water area, the divers got acquainted with various hydrodynamic tools and learned how to use it to solve their tasks.

In the future, it is planned to train skills in lifting an emergency vehicle, carrying out installation work under water and dismantling underwater debris, special attention will be paid to the medical aspects of diving work, since the most important thing in the work is to preserve the life and health of the diver.
