The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held an online reception of citizens

Today, at the site of the Republican Public Reception of the Nur-Otan Party, the Minister of Emergency Situations Yuri Ilyin held an online reception of citizens.

During the online reception, a number of questions were received from residents of the city of Nur-Sultan and the Akmola region. The appeals received by the Minister are mainly about fire safety in everyday life.

For example, a resident of the capital was concerned about the legality of installing a barrier in the courtyard of her house. The Minister instructed the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Nur-Sultan to meet with the applicant, conduct a check and give an exhaustive answer.

At the same time, the Kazakhstanis expressed their gratitude to the territorial division of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for their well-coordinated work during the flood period of this year.

At the end of the reception, the head of the department gave relevant instructions to the responsible employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and drew attention to the fact that not a single appeal of citizens remains unanswered.
