"Safety on reservoirs in winter"

Today, the head of the Department of civil defense of the Department of emergency situations, Lieutenant Colonel Tanzhanov Temirzhan Yermekovich spoke at the site of the regional communications service on the topic "safety in water bodies in winter".

The strength of the ice should be green ice with a thickness of at least 10 cm per pedestrian.
When organizing sports events and road crossings as a group, the thickness of the ice must be at least 25 cm.
In no case should you check the strength of the ice with a foot kick.
Rules of behavior on ice:
- Do not climb on thin ice.
And do not gather in groups in separate areas of the ice.
And do not approach the grooves, cracks, grooves in the ice.
And sled, skiing do not turn from steep shores to thin ice.
- Do not go out on the ice in the dark and in poor visibility.
 Do not go out on the ice outside the crossings with motorcycles, cars.
What ice fishing lovers should know:
Fishing under the ice is allowed in the presence of personal rescue equipment:
* whistle,
* rescue Shilts,
* life jacket,
* rope with a diameter of not less than 11 millimeters and a length of not less than 12 meters,
* stick at least 2 meters long,
* put your mobile phone in a waterproof bag.
When fishing on ice is strictly prohibited:
1) punching more than two holes in a limited area;
2) make a fire.

Violation or failure to comply with safety rules on water bodies entails liability in accordance with article 412 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2014 "on administrative offenses". 7 MCI per individual (24150 tenge.)

If a person fails before your eyes:
- you can approach the Wormwood only by crawling, spreading your arms wide;
- there will be no movement to the edge, otherwise there will be two people in the water;
- it is necessary to stretch to the victim a rescue ladder with a rope loop or an object that is currently at hand;
- if there are several rescuers, they must grab each other's legs, lie on the ice with chains and move towards the light;
- it is necessary to give the victim an available rescue device, take him out on the ice and leave the danger zone with him;
- then it must be covered from the wind, transported as soon as possible to a warm place, rubbed, changed into dry clothes and given tea.
