Fire-tactical classes were held at the school-lyceum No. 77 in Shymkent

In the city of Shymkent, employees of the fire department No. 5 conducted fire-tactical classes on the basis of the A. Askarov Lyceum No. 77 to extinguish a conditional fire together with the school's management and staff.

According to the tactical plan of the lesson, a fire occurred as a result of a short circuit in the electrical wiring in the labor office on the second floor. There was a threat of fire spreading through adjacent rooms. After the fire alarm system was triggered, the evacuation of students and staff began, but 2 students of the school were cut off from the exit in the corridor, one of them lost consciousness.

The forces and means of the fire department No. 5 were promptly sent to the school. Upon arrival, the firefighters started extinguishing the conditional fire, at the same time checked the school premises for the presence of people, as a result of which they found two conditional victims and carried out rescue work. Soon the conditional fire was localized and extinguished.

During the training, firefighters managed to conduct a thorough study of the operational and tactical characteristics of the object, check the nearest hydrant and its condition. In turn, the school employees worked out the procedure for calling and meeting the fire service, the procedure for evacuating people from the building and disconnecting the power source.

At the end of the practical event, an analysis of the results of the lesson and additional instructions on actions in case of fire and rules for working with primary fire extinguishing equipment were conducted with the school staff.
