Annealing of dry grass leads to administrative responsibility

  According to Article 336 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Non-compliance with the requirements for the protection of atmospheric air and fire safety during storage or incineration of waste), since the beginning of the fire-hazardous period, an administrative disciplinary measure "warning"has been applied to 8 legal entities and individuals. It is worth noting that since July 1 of this year, administrative responsibility under article 336 has been tightened. That is ,the "warning" was removed from administrative responsibility, and the amount of fines increased even more. For individuals, 20 MCI (58,340 tenge) for large business entities up to 500 MCI (1 million 458 thousand 500 tenge.)
