The state Institution «Fire Extinguishing and Emergency Rescue Service» of the Department of Emergency Situations of the city of Shymkent accepts documents for filling vacant positions

Vacant positions: driver-employee of fire trucks (C-SV-13) -3 units. Of these, PCH-3-1, PCH-6-2.

Qualification requirements: secondary education, secondary specialized, technical and professional, post-secondary education that provides training for middle-level specialists. Not older than thirty-five years, who have the appropriate education and have passed military service or military training in specialized organizations of the Ministry of Defense for the training of the military-trained reserve, as well as citizens who are exempt or have a deferral from conscription for military service in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The driver's license must have allowed categories B,C. The salary is 153 433 tenge.

Restrictions related to staying in law enforcement service:

  1. Who refused to accept restrictions related to the employee's stay in law enforcement service and anti-corruption restrictions established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Combating Corruption»;
  2. For which, within a year before entering the law enforcement service, an administrative penalty was imposed in court for an intentional offense;
  3. for which, within three years before entering the law enforcement service, an administrative penalty was imposed in court for committing a corruption offense;
  4. In respect of whom , within three years before entering the service , a court verdict was passed for committing a criminal offense or who , within three years before entering the service , was released from criminal liability for committing a criminal offense on the basis of the following paragraphs 3), 4), 9), 10) and 12) part one of article 35 or article 36 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  5. who committed a corruption crime;
  6. dismissed from work for committing a corruption offense;
  7. previously convicted or released from criminal liability for committing a crime on the basis of paragraphs 3), 4), 9), 10) and 12) part one of Article 35 or Article 36 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as dismissed for negative reasons from public service, from other law enforcement agencies, special state bodies, courts and bodies of justice.

The candidate submits the following documents:

1) Application for participation in the selection for the vacant position;

2) a copy of the identity document of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) copies of educational documents, as well as documents confirming the passage of the procedure for the recognition of educational documents in accordance with the Rules for the recognition of educational documents in accordance with Annex 1 to the Order of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 19, 2021 No. 352 "On approval of the Rules for the recognition of educational documents, as well as the list of foreign organizations higher and (or) postgraduate education, documents on the formation of which are recognized on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 23626) (notarized);

4) A complete autobiography, written with his own hand, indicating close relatives, including former spouses;

5) Military ID card or certificate of registration;

6) documents confirming the candidate's work activity in accordance with Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (if any);

7) 3x4 color photos (6 pieces);

8) documents confirming the submission by the candidate and his spouse to the state revenue bodies at the place of residence of the declaration on income and property in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption";

9) Questionnaire;

10) Personal personnel record sheet.
