The largest number of fires occurs in the residential sector - 88 incidents (42% of the total number of fires) and on vehicles - 59 incidents (28% of the total number of fires).
Fires due to violation of the rules for installation and maintenance of electrical equipment still occupy a significant number - 114 cases, which is 54% of the total number of fires, respectively.
The main cause of fires in the car was a short circuit of the wiring - 51 cases, which is 24% of all fires.
Over the indicated period, 6 deaths (2019-1, an increase of 5 times) of people from carbon monoxide poisoning were recorded (reference: Zhanaozen, fell asleep while drunk in a boiler room, a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan born in 1982 died), (Tupkaragansky district, during the unauthorized repair of a gas boiler, a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan born in 1952 died) (Munailinsky district, Batyr village, 4 corpses were discovered at the time of arrival (citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan 1981 g/r and 3 children 2006, 2007, 2018 g/r).
2 people received injuries from carbon monoxide poisoning (including 1 child - Munailinsky district, malfunction of a gas boiler). (2019 - 5, 60% decrease).
The total number of inspected objects in the field of fire safety amounted to 428 objects, of which 427 high-risk objects, 1 - insignificant (complaints).
According to the results of inspections, more than 2 thousand (2 027) violations in the field of fire safety were identified (2019 - 5,866, a decrease of -65%), where 321 people were brought to administrative responsibility (2019 - 582, decrease by -45%), of which 271 were warned (2019 - 360, decrease -25%), fined 50 (2019 - 222, decrease -78%) in the amount of 3 million 974 thousand 847.5 tenge, 98% of fines were recovered.
As part of the control over the elimination of previously prescribed measures, the Department sent 34 materials to the courts (2019 - 91, a decrease of -63%), as a result, 31 people worth 10 million 475 thousand 180 tenge were brought to administrative responsibility by the judicial authorities (Article 462 part 3 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan). 1 material left unobserved.
