The second case of death in the Karabalyk district

Over the past weekend, in the Karabalyk district of Kostanay region, emergency service divers raised two drowned people from the water. We will note that earlier the man of 1995 year of birth drowned.

In the Karabalyk district, 3 km from the village of Shadyksaevka, divers from the UY river of the OSO dchs of Kostanay region at 09:30 extracted the body of a 35-year-old man. Just on the same day, employees of the local emergency Department held a meeting with the participation of specialists of a large agricultural enterprise in the district where this citizen worked. Participants of the meeting discussed fire safety issues, staying on reservoirs and in the forest in conditions of abnormal heat. But despite this, a pleasant holiday turned into an accident. According to the wife, the man drowned while swimming, when they were on vacation with their family.

The circumstances of the accident are established. A forensic medical examination has been ordered. 5 rescuers, 1 watercraft and 1 unit of equipment of OSO GU "Spiasr DPS of Kostanay region", 4 employees and 1 unit of equipment of the district police Department worked at the scene.

In the summer, many citizens tend to go to the reservoirs to have a good time. To the rest of the water ended in tragedy, you need to remember that basic safety conditions is the correct choice of bathing areas, strict adherence to rules of conduct while swimming and riding swimming facilities and constant control over children in the water by adults.
