On August 12, at 13.00, a call was received that at the address of the city of Atyrau mkr. Himposelok on Mendeleev Street near the house a horse fell into a sewer pit with dirty water and cannot get out of it on its own.
Arriving at the scene, rescuers found that the depth of the pit is 3.5 meters. Rescuers tied the horse's torso and with the help of special equipment and equipment safely pulled the animal out of the pit to a safe place. The animal was not injured, it did not need veterinary assistance.
This is not the first such case, every year rescuers have to rescue animals in trouble. Only in June, rescuers in the yard of the house from a cesspool 1 meter deep rescued a kitten, from a septic tank 1.5 meters deep horse. In July –August, rescuers rescued a cow stuck in the mud, pulled a dog out of a 3-meter pit, and again a horse that had fallen into an open 3-meter pit.
The Department of Emergency Situations of Atyrau region appeals to residents of private homes: not only animals, but also people, and most importantly children can fall into so-called deep uncovered pits and not only empty pits, but with dirty water. Therefore, when constructing such concrete pits, it is necessary to close them tightly with rkyshki!
