Driver-employee of fire trucks (C-SV-13) – 35 units:

Functional responsibilities:
The driver of a fire truck: owns the tactical and technical characteristics, purpose, device and principle of operation of the fire trucks assigned to him, as well as the area of departure of the fire department, water sources, roads and driveways;
fulfills the requirements of the rules of the road and is able to drive
fire trucks of all types in various road and meteorological conditions
, which are in service with the unit;
he is able to work on all special units and mechanisms, as well as on
radio stations installed on special vehicles, to fully
use their technical and tactical capabilities in the conditions of conducting
actions on fires and during emergency rescue operations;
fulfills the requirements of safety regulations and production
sanitation during service, operation, maintenance and repair of fire trucks;
checks the technical condition, timely and fully
perform maintenance of fixed vehicles, saves fuel and other operational materials;
performs the duties of the persons of the internal guard outfit until lights out;
reports to the squad commander about all malfunctions of fixed equipment and immediately takes measures to eliminate them.
A driver who does not have a driver's license and a certificate for the right to drive fire trucks assigned to him is not allowed to be on duty.
The driver is prohibited from transferring control of vehicles to another person, including persons to whom he is subordinate, and leaving the ignition keys in the ignition lock of a fire truck.
The official salary, depending on the length of service, is from 153,433 to 187,411 tenge.
Requirements for the participants of the selection: education is not lower than average, having a driver's license with categories B, C and more, the presence of mandatory knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the performance of functional duties in the position; the passage of military service or military training in specialized organizations of the Ministry of Defense for the preparation of the military-trained reserve, as well as citizens who are released or have a deferral from conscription for military service in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the age of the participant of the competition is not older than 35 years.
The candidate for participation in the selection is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has submitted the necessary documents to the personnel service of the state institution "Fire Extinguishing and Emergency Rescue Service of the Department of Emergency Situations of the Atyrau region of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Atyrau city)" after the publication of the announcement of the acceptance of documents for selection.
Citizens wishing to take part in the selection submit the following documents to the personnel services of territorial divisions, state institutions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, placed in a folder, indicating the list of attached documents, submitted by them by special order within the established deadlines for receiving documents:
1) application for participation in the selection for the position in the form.
2) a copy of the identity document of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) copies of educational documents, as well as documents confirming the passage of the procedure for the recognition of educational documents in accordance with the Rules for the recognition of educational documents in accordance with Annex 1 to the Order of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 19, 2021 No. 352 "On approval of the Rules for the recognition of educational documents, as well as the list of foreign organizations higher and (or) postgraduate education, documents on the formation of which are recognized on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 23626) (notarized);
4) a completed detailed autobiography, written with his own hand, indicating close relatives, including former spouses in the form.
5) military ID card or certificate of registration;
6) documents confirming the candidate's work activity in accordance with Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (if any);
7) 3x4 color photos (6 pieces);
8) documents confirming the submission by the candidate and his spouse to the state revenue authorities at the place of residence of the declaration on income and property in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption";
9) the candidate's questionnaire in the form according to Appendix 3 to these Rules;
10) a personal personnel record sheet according to the form.
Submission of an incomplete package of documents is the basis for refusal to consider them.
The selection of candidates for participation in the competition by category (C-SV-13) includes:
Acceptance of documents from citizens and their preliminary examination for compliance with the qualification requirements for positions.
Passage of medical and psychophysiological examination in the Military medical commission (VVC), including polygraphic examination.
Submission of physical fitness standards by candidates in accordance with the requirements of the selection rules:
men:
you can choose between running at a distance of 100 meters or shuttle running (10 meters 10 times);
to choose from – pulling up on the crossbar, or lifting the torso in the emphasis on the bars;
to choose from – running at a distance of 1000 meters, or a set of strength exercises (push-ups in the prone position, moving from the prone position to the full squat position, jumping out of the full squat position, lifting the trunk from the supine position);
Interview with candidates.
The candidate who has passed all the stages, initial training takes place at the Regional Training Center located in the city of Aktobe.

Citizens make expenses for participation in the selection at their own expense.
