The state institution" Fire and Rescue Service of the Department of Emergency Situations of Atyrau region of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Atyrau City) " announces the acceptance of documents for selection for primary professional training for persons admitted to civil protection bodies.

Radiotelephonist – C-SV-13) - 5 units:
1) radiotelephonist of the specialized fire department No. 1 (Atyrau) – 1 unit
2) radiotelephonist of the specialized fire department No. 2 (Kulsary) – 2 units
3) radiotelephonist of the fire department No. 5 (Inder Village) – 1 unit
4) radiotelephonist of the fire department No. 7 (Kurmangazy District) – 1 unit
Functional responsibilities: timely reception and registration of reports of Fire and other emergencies by all technical means of communication, sending a unit to the place of call. Timely notification to the dispatcher of the Center for mobilization of power tools and heads of departments when visiting the place of Call of the unit.
The official salary, depending on the years of service, ranges from 91,541 to 110,500 tenge.
Requirements for the selection participant: the presence of inclinations, skills and abilities necessary for the performance of functional duties in the position; passage of military service and combat training in specialized organizations of the Ministry of Defense on military training reserve training, as well as a deferred conscription or dismissal from military service in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, age not exceeding 35 years.
The applicant participating in the selection process must be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submit documents after issuing a notification to the Personnel Policy Department of the state institution "Fire and rescue services of the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Atyrau)".
Citizens wishing to participate in the selection process submit the following documents to the personnel service of territorial divisions, state institutions of the Ministry of emergency situations on purpose, indicating the list of documents attached within the established deadlines for accepting documents, placed on the cover of the documents:
1) application for participation in the selection process for filling a vacant position in the form;
2) a copy of the identity document of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) copies of documents on education, as well as the order of the Acting Minister of Education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 19, 2021 No. 352 "on approval of the rules for recognizing documents on education, as well as the list of foreign organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education, whose documents on education are recognized in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 23626)
Documents confirming the passage of procedures for the recognition of educational documents in accordance with the rules for the recognition of educational documents in Annex 1 (natorial certified);
4) a full biography written in his own hand, indicating close relatives, including former spouses, in the form;
5) military ID or registration certificate;
6) documents confirming the candidate's employment in accordance with Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (if any);
7) 3x4 color photos (6 pieces);
8) documents confirming the submission of the declaration of income and property of the candidate and his / her spouse to the state revenue authorities at the place of residence in accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on Combating Corruption;
9) candidate's questionnaire in the form;
10) personal personnel accounting sheet in the form.
Failure to provide a complete package of documents is the basis for refusal to consider them.
The selection of candidates for participation in the competition in the category (C-SV-13) consists of the following stages:
1. acceptance of documents from citizens and preliminary consideration of their compliance with the qualification requirements;
2. passing medical and psychophysiological examination in the Military Medical Commission, including polygraph research
3. submission of standards for Physical Culture by candidates in accordance with the requirements of the selection process:
1) men:
- optionally-running at a distance of 100 meters ,or sliding running (from 10 meters to 10 times);
- optionally-pull-ups on the belt, or lifting the body with support on a log;
- optionally-running at a distance of 1000 meters, or complex strength exercises (lifting in the supine position, full sitting recovery from the supine position, jumping from the full sitting position, lifting the body from the supine position with the back);
2) women:
- optionally-running at a distance of 100 meters ,or sliding running (from 10 meters to 10 times);
- optionally-lifting the body from the supine position on the back, or lifting from the supine position;
- optionally-run a distance of 1000 meters, or jump from the supine position.
4. interview with candidates.
An applicant who has passed all the stages will take a course at a training center located in Aktobe to undergo initial professional training.
By position: the training period for trainees in the direction of training radiotelephonists is 7 calendar days.
All expenses for participation in the competition (travel expenses to and from the place of the competition, rental of housing, accommodation) are borne by citizens at their own expense.
