A solemn event dedicated to Independence Day was held in the capital's Emergency Department

On December 15, a solemn event dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the capital's Emergency Department.
During the solemn event, the head of the Emergency Department, Major General Marat Kuldiklv, presented departmental awards to the most distinguished employees. Thus, for conscientious performance of official duties, achievement of high results in work and in connection with the celebration of Independence Day, a special title "lieutenant colonel of civil protection" was awarded to the operational duty officer of the DSPT A.To Botabaev, deputy chief of staff of PCH No. 14 D.Zhilkaidarov, "Major of civil protection" to the chief specialist of the ULCHS Zh.To Balgazarov. The commander of the department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations No. 14 R. was awarded a certificate of honor. Musin, the diploma of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, senior engineer of the Saryarka district, D. Khairullina, officer HUGO A. Baltashev and commander of the department of Emergency Situations No. 23 D. Malgozhdarov, as well as a number of employees, were thanked and letters of thanks were presented to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the head of the Department.
Also, during the solemn event, Marat Kuldikov awarded the heroes who saved the life of a teenager on the water, which occurred on November 27 this year on the Akbulak River. Thus, by order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Major General S.Sharipkhanov, Edresov Mereke, Akhmetbekov Zharas and Nurmukhan Ravil were awarded the medal "Suga batkandardy kutkargany ushin" for courage and dedication shown in saving human life.
On December 16, 1991, the Constitutional Law "On the State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was adopted. Kazakhstan has acquired the legally formalized status of an independent state. This epoch–making event is the result of the fulfilled aspirations and hopes of many generations.
On this day, the citizens of the country chose freedom and independence, which our ancestors dreamed of. It is a great honor for our generation to make these cherished dreams come true.
