Strong wind and ice in Astana: Emergency Department urges residents of the capital to observe security measures

Due to extremely unfavorable weather conditions, the Emergency Department of Astana asks citizens and guests of the capital to be extremely attentive and careful when moving on the street in order to avoid accidents.
