Video recorders were provided to employees of the capital's emergency management department

When performing their official duties, engineering, technical and inspection personnel communicate directly with the population most of the time. It is not uncommon for an employee to become the object of provocations, insults. Often, there is not enough information between law enforcement officers and citizens to resolve conflict situations that have arisen in the performance of official duties, and if there is one, it is not possible to verify its truthfulness. That is why a very urgent problem is the possibility of using portable audio-video recording systems in order to protect an employee in difficult situations.
Taking into account the above, as part of the implementation of the Concept of the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026, on April 12 of this year, under the chairmanship of the Head of the Department of Emergency Situations, Colonel Kuanar Bazarbayev, a presentation of video recorders designed for photo and video recording of the environment was held, as well as tuning and training of responsible employees to work with a data storage and archiving device.
Video recorders will be used by personnel in the provision of public services to the population and in the performance of their official duties.
This equipment has several degrees of protection against unauthorized access and connection to the navigation satellite system.
