On October 1, the management and personnel of the Department, together with the Veterans Council, in honor of the celebration of the Day of the Elderly, congratulated veterans of the emergency authorities on the holiday by presenting cash gifts and flowers.Also, the head of the capital's emergency department Kuanar Bazarbayev congratulated Petr Markovich Kotenko, a veteran of emergency agencies, on his 72nd birthday.

Kotenko Pyotr Markovich began his career in 1967 as the commander of the department of the fire department, worked as the head of the guard of the fire department at the iron foundry, and as an engineer of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Akmola region. In December 1995, he resigned from the post of deputy head of the UGPS of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Akmola region.
