Independence is an invaluable asset of our country. The word "independent" is the strongest word in the world. Freedom of the country. Thirty years have passed since Kazakhstan was in the cradle of independence. This is an important milestone in the revival of the Kazakh statehood and the strengthening of freedom, which our ancestors sought. Historically, 30 years have become the blink of an eye. However, every year of it is filled with difficulties and joys, crises and development, it seems to bear the burden of a whole century for us.

During this time, Kazakhstan has proved to be the only independent country in the world. However, these 30 years are not the only years of independence. The history of its achievement is the tragedy of our ancestors, "Aktabanshubyryndy, AlkakolSulam" (it is necessary to write in Kazakh), catastrophic famine, repression, world war on the one hand, and on the other - the preservation of our country, our sovereignty and its strengthening for future generations. For every Kazakh, a handful of earth with the blood and skin of our ancestors is a priceless treasure.

The country that gained independence on December 16, 1991, had its own president, nation and people, customs and traditions, culture and economy. Thanks to the strong spirit and heroism of young people who withstood the December winds and frosts, we have become a high-income country.

Independence is a strong word, rooted in the blood of the country. (it is necessary to remove it) Kazakhstan is a secular state with its own anthem, coat of arms, blue flag and position. Since the declaration of independence of the CIS countries on December 16, 1991, the country has its own people, its own nationality and its own language.The state language sang the song of our independence and strengthened its neck. The first president of an independent country was Nursultan Nazarbayev. This man has made a great contribution to the prosperity of our country. He built the city of Nur-Sultan, the heart of the country, on the plains and showed it to the world. City skyscrapers and various entertainment complexes of public use complement the beauty of the city.

Beautiful places of Kazakhstan, beautiful nature, fragrant air, cities full of history have become an invaluable treasure for our country and a tourist destination for the whole world, a sacred time that our ancestors dreamed of and which was passed down from generation to generation.This is the duty of the descendants of their ancestors, who continue to move from the Kazakh Khanate to the foundations of a sovereign state. It is the duty of every generation to carry Zhanibek and Kerey on the carpet and honor the Motherland. There is a proverb in the Kazakh language: "A homeless person is a nightingale without a forest." A bird without a forest has neither a nest nor a branch. Similarly, a nation cannot survive without a habitat.

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev: "When holding large-scale events covering the whole country, it is necessary to have a clear vision and a clear position. Because all regions work in the center. Take the route from you. The 30th anniversary of independence is not just an anniversary. First of all, we need to look at this historical event from an ideological point of view," he said. We, the youth of an independent country, are the future of Kazakhstan. We are truly happy people living in the cradle of independence, which our ancestors dreamed of. Now our main goal and duty is to tell about this freedom.

In the State Institution "Fire Extinguishing and Emergency Rescue Service of the Department of Emergency Situations of the city of Nur-Sultan of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan", where I work, there are more than 50 colleagues aged 30 years and older. They are masters of the most dangerous professions that require courage and bravery - firefighters, heroes of the day who are fighting for life and death, fighting with a fiery enemy, swallowing flames.

In February 2021, at the first meeting of the State Commission for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence, chaired by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President instructed the Government to award the commemorative medal "30 years of Kazakhstan": on the eve of the holiday, I hope my colleagues who protect their lives and property from the silent enemy will receive it.

I am proud to hold such an honorable, difficult and interesting position in an independent country together with my peers, and I will do everything possible to strengthen the independence and bright future of Kazakhstan. Let our country be safe, our life will be peaceful, and our independence will be strong.
