Overview information on natural and man-made emergencies that occurred on the territory of the city of Nur-Sultan for seven months of 2022
434 natural and man-made emergencies were registered on the territory of Nur-Sultan (-465,-6.7% in 2021), of which 425 cases of man-made nature (-457,-7.0% in 2021) and 9 cases of natural nature (-8,+12.5% in 2021).
In emergency situations, 217 people were injured (2021 -28,+7.8p), of which 200 people were hospitalized (2021 -13,+15.4p) and 17 people died (2021 -15,+13.3%).
According to the sources of occurrence , emergencies are divided as follows:
- 422 fires (2021-455, -7.3%), where 21 people were injured (2021 -18, +16.7%), of which 10 people died (2021-7, +42.9%).
- 2 cases of an outbreak of a gas-air mixture (2021 -2), where 1 person was injured, 0 people died of them.;
- 1 case of sudden collapse of a building (2021 -0 +100%), where 1 person died.
- 3 cases of poisoning of people (2021 -0, +100%), where 185 people were injured, of which there were no fatalities.
- 1 case of a dangerous meteorological phenomenon (2021 -0,+100%), where 3 people were injured, of which there were no fatalities;
- 5 reports of incidents on the waters (2021-8, -37.5%), where 6 people were injured (2021 -8, -25%), of which 6 people died (2021-8, -25%).
The most common causes of fires include: violation of the rules of installation and technical operation of electrical equipment -51.3% (2021 -55.8%), careless handling of fire - 20.6% (2021 -15.0%), violation of fire safety rules during the installation and operation of heating furnaces.- 11.9% (2021-17.9%). All other causes of fires are - 16.2% (2021-11.3%).
The main objects of fire occurrence are the residential sector -50.1% (2021 -45.5%), vehicles – 23.2% (2021 -31.5%), retail enterprises – 7.0% (2021 -7.6%), objects under construction – 4.8% (2021 -5.1%).
44 fires were registered at high–risk facilities (2021.-49, -10.2%), of which residential buildings of increased number of storeys – 21 (2021.-27), manufacturing enterprises - 7 (2021.-27), administrative and public buildings – 5 (2021.-3), retail enterprises – 3 (2021.-9), sports and entertainment institutions – 2 (2021 -1). In addition, children's – 1, cultural and entertainment - 1 (2021 -1), medical institutions – 1, educational facilities – 1, warehouse buildings – 1 (2021 -1) and saunas – 1.
For seven months of 2022, 390,548 calls were received from the population to the remote control of the Unified Dispatching Service "112" (2021 -423415, -7.8%).
Rescue units of the metropolitan garrison carried out 3080 operational visits (2021 -3283,-6.2%), during which 423 people were rescued. (2021 -275,+53.8%), 87 people were evacuated (2021 -398,-78.1%), medical assistance was provided to 33 victims (2021 -30,+10%).
Within the framework of control and preventive activities, 481 persons were brought to administrative responsibility (2021 -361,+33.2%), 207 of them were fined (2021 -125,+65.6%) in the amount of 12.4 million tenge (2021 -8.3 million tenge,+49.4%).
In the mass media, in order to inform the population, 1,222 speeches were made (2021 -1160,+5.3%), of which 159 (2021 -121,+31.4%) were made on television, 268 (2021 -204,+31.4%) in printed publications, and -131 (2021 -226,-42.0%), on news agency feeds – 664 (2021-609,+9.0%).
56069 (2021-8731,+6.4p.) audio broadcasts were carried out on loudspeaker devices at facilities with a mass presence of people.
