higher specialized education or postgraduate education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position,

1) at least five years of work experience in the law enforcement service, including at least one year in positions not lower than categories C-GP-6, C-OGP-6, C-RGP-3, C-AGP-7, C-KGP-4, C-OKGP-4, B-PK-6, B-RKO-5, C-SV-8, C-SVO-5, C-SVR-4, C-SVU-5, C-SN-6, C-SSP-5, C-SGU-8, C-FM-5 (an investigator in particularly important cases, an operative (investigator) in particularly important cases) or in positions not lower than the next lower category provided for by the staffing table of a particular structural unit;
2) at least five years of work experience in special state bodies or in military service or as a judge;
3) at least six years of experience in public service;
4) at least seven years of work experience in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of these categories;
5) at least five years of work experience for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve. Appointed from among the employees enrolled in the personnel reserve to occupy higher positions.
Appointed from among the employees who have completed advanced training courses.
