about emergency situations of natural and man-made nature that occurred on the territory of the city of Nur-Sultan for five months of 2022.
During the five months of 2022, 313 natural and man-made emergencies were registered in the territory of the city of Nur-Sultan (2021 -358,-12.6%).
In emergency situations, 85 people were injured (2021 -16,+5.3p), of which 73 people were hospitalized (2021 -7,+10.4 p) and 12 people died (2021 -9,+33.3%).
Technogenic emergencies include 309 cases (2021 -355,-13%), in which 17 people were injured (2021 -13,+30.8%), of which 9 people died (2021 -6,+50%).

- 306 fires (2021 -355,-0.8%), where 15 people were injured (2021 -13, +15.4%), of which 8 people died (2021 -6,+33.3%).

The main causes of fires are violation of the rules of installation and technical operation of electrical equipment (52.2%), violation of fire safety rules during the installation and operation of heating furnaces (16%), careless handling of fire (16.3%).
The main objects of fires are the residential sector (51.5%) and vehicles (24%).
Natural disasters include 4 cases (2021 -3,+33.3%), where 68 people were injured (2021 -3, +22.7%), of which 3 people died (2021 -3). By sources of occurrence:

For five months of 2022, 305944 calls were received from the population to the remote control of the Unified Dispatching Service "112" (2021 - 307757, -0.6%).
Rescue units of the metropolitan garrison carried out 2,131 operational departures (2021 -2341, -9%), during which 356 people were rescued (2021 -211,+69%), 81 people were evacuated (2021 -360,-77.5%), medical assistance was provided to 19 victims (2021 -13,+5.6%).
As part of control and preventive activities, 356 persons were brought to administrative responsibility (2021 -256,+46.8%), 164 of them were fined (2021 -98,+67.3%) in the amount of 9 million 257 thousand 647 tenge (2021 -6 million 154tys. 870 tenge,+50.4%).
872 performances were held in the mass media (654,+33.3% in 2021), 106 of them on television (2021 -87,+21.8%), 187 in print (2021 -155+20.6%), 96 on radio (2021 -42,+2.3p), on the feeds of news agencies – 462 (2021-370,+24.9%).
36255 (2021 -4710,+7.7p) audio broadcasts were carried out on loudspeaker devices at facilities with a mass presence of people.
