Requirements for the participants of the competition:citizens under 35 years of age who have completed military service or have a deferral from conscription for military service in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Education is not below average. They are tested for knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including an assessment of personal qualities in the authorized body for civil service affairs.
