Overview of natural and man-made emergencies that occurred on the territory of the city of Nur-Sultan in 2021
In 2021, 731 natural and man-made emergencies were registered on the territory of the city of Nur-Sultan (2020 -635,+15.1%).
In emergency situations, 46 people were injured (-100,-54% in 2020), 25 people were hospitalized (-73,65,8% in 2020) and 21 people died (-27,-22,2% in 2020).
721 technogenic emergencies were registered (-627,+15% in 2020), in which 36 people were injured (-82,-56.1% in 2020), of which 11 people died (-22,-50% in 2020).
According to the sources of occurrence, 98.6% of man-made emergencies relate to fires, the estimated material damage during fires amounted to 179.3 million tenge (2020 -17.9 million tenge, +10p.).
The main causes of fires are violation of the rules of installation and technical operation of electrical equipment (407 cases), violation of fire safety rules during the installation and operation of heating furnaces (131 cases), careless handling of fire (98 cases).
The main objects of fires are: residential sector (330), vehicles (210), trade and catering enterprises (57), objects under construction (41).
10 cases of natural emergencies were registered (2020 -8, +25%), in which 10 people were injured (2020-18, -44.4%), of which 10 people died (2020-5,+2 times).
Natural emergencies include incidents on reservoirs (10 cases), where 10 people died.
For 12 months of 2021, 625764 calls were received from the population to the remote control of the Unified Dispatching Service "112" (2020 -431451,+45%).
Rescue units of the metropolitan garrison carried out 5,496 operational departures (2020-4144,+32.6%), during which 410 people were rescued (2020 -1454,-71.8%), 562 people were evacuated (2020-485,+15.9%), medical assistance was provided to 63 victims (2020-88,-28.4%).
As part of the control and preventive activities, 1367 inspections were carried out (2020 -978,+40.7%) for the fire condition, in which 7128 violations were detected (2020 -2725,+2.6rubles), 719 persons were brought to administrative responsibility (2020 -483,+48.9%), of which 258 (2020 -133,+2 rubles) were fined in the amount of 18.2 million tenge (2020 -8.7 million tenge,+2.1 rubles).
